Types of Wildlife Expeditions to Do

Game Drives

Game Drives are done in 4x4 safari vehicles which traverse from one point to another watching many wildlife animals.

Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking which are done in Uganda and Rwanda. This includes transferring through thick forest vegetation trekking the Primates in their natural habitats.

Walking Safaris

Walking Safaris are led by armed rangers and these include transferring with experienced ranger guides who inform you about the destinations and the wildlife encounters.

Boat Safaris

Boat Safaris are unique and done as you transfer from one point to another and these are done along the Kazinga Channel as well as other safari destinations in Uganda. On these cruises you shall watch aquatic wildlife animals.

Cultural Experiences

Best Time for Wildlife Expeditions

Dry Season in the months of June–October which are best for wildlife viewing and animals are fond of gathering around water sources as they break their thirst. During this time, you shall also watch many predators hunting for prey.

Wet Season occurs in the months of November–May and during this period, the terrain landscapes are verdant with fewer tourists. The season is ideal for bird watching and adventures.
