10 Days Uganda & Rwanda Gorilla Tour
10 Days Uganda & Rwanda Gorilla Tour takes you on Wildlife Safari, Chimpanzee Tracking and Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park and Volcanoes National Park.
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
On arrival at the Entebbe International Airport you are picked and transferred to your hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. If you still have time, visit the Uganda Wildlife Authority, explore places around Kampala City. Cassia Lodge Buziga.
Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage transfer to Murchison Falls National Park located North West of Uganda before Pakwach. En-route have beautiful views of the green terrain vegetation, birds and when you reach here, check-in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Pakuba Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Wake up have breakfast then transfer on a morning till midday Game Drive watching wildlife wander around their natural habitat. Then after break off for lunch then after proceed to enjoy an afternoon Boat Cruise along the Victoria Nile where you watch wildlife along the banks, hippos and crocodiles beneath the waters. After the cruise, return back to your lodge. Dinner and Overnight at Pakuba Safari Lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to Kibale Forest National Park situated West of Uganda and en-route enjoy views of the green terrain, birds and lunch. On arrival at the park check-in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
Wake up early have breakfast then transfer to the Park headquarters where you leave for the Kanyanchu Visitor’s Center where you leave to enter the forest to track the Chimpanzees for 2-4 hours and when you meet them take various photos to keep for memories. After Chimpanzee tracking, proceed back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kibale Forest Camp.
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park located in the South West of Uganda. En-route have lunch, views of green terrain vegetation, birds then later you reach the park and check-in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Forest National Park
Wake up early have breakfast then with your luggage embark on a transfer to the park headquarters for briefing on the code of conduct around the Mountain Gorillas then later in groups of 8 with a park ranger, enter the forest to track the Gorillas for 3-5 hours depending on where they are currently located in the forest and when you meet them, an hour is allowed in their presence taking various photos to keep for memories. After Gorilla trekking return back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.
Day 8: Transfer to explore the Twin Lakes Rwanda (Burera and Ruhondo)
Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage embark on a transfer across to Rwanda to explore the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. After your adventure along the Twin Lakes you proceed to check-in your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Mountain Gorilla View Lodge.
Day 9: Gorilla Trekking at Volcanoes National Park
Wake up very early on the morning have breakfast then transfer to the headquarters for briefing on the code of conduct around the Mountain Gorillas then later in groups with a park ranger guide, enter the forest to trek the Mountain Gorillas for 3-5 hours and when you meet them an hour is allowed in their presence taking various photos to keep for memories. After Gorilla trekking, return back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Mountain Gorilla View Lodge.
Day 10: Departure to Kigali Airport
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the Kigali International Airport to board your flight back home.
